Trader's Diary operates Trader's Diary. This policy explains what we collect when you create an account, subscribe, and use the journal.

What we collect

• Account details such as name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Billing identifiers from Paddle (customer ID, subscription ID, plan) so we can provision access.
• Trading journal data you enter or import, including notes, screenshots, and analytics derived from it.
• Basic product usage needed to keep the app running and secure.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, deliver the workspace, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment details directly. We store Paddle customer and subscription references, not full card numbers.

Processors

We use Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Paddle for checkout, tax, and billing. Those providers process data only as needed to run the service.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and journal data while your account exists. You can export trades from Settings. Email orangeappshelp@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion.
